Business Development Executive / Manager

About Us:

We are a fast-growing digital marketing company offering performance-driven solutions across social media, SEO, paid ads, e-commerce marketing, and branding. We're now looking to expand our client base and are seeking dynamic, self-motivated business development professionals to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and reach out to potential clients via email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.
• Pitch our digital marketing services including SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC, Website Development, etc.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver the right solutions.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation skills and confidence in client interactions.
• Proven experience in business development/sales (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with digital marketing services and terminology (SEO, SMM, PPC, etc.).
• Goal-oriented with a results-driven attitude.
