About the Role
Xylem Learning Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to accelerate growth in the education sector. You will be responsible for spotting new business opportunities, forging strong partnerships with institutions, and promoting our innovative educational solutions to improve learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct focused market research to identify and capitalise on new opportunities.
• Build and maintain partnerships with coaching centres, schools, and colleges.
• Effectively present and communicate the value of our solutions to potential clients.
• Work with the marketing team to plan and execute lead-generation campaigns.
• Share market insights to support product development and innovation.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
