Role Overview: As a Sales-driven Business Development Executive (Male) in the study abroad industry, your primary responsibility will be to convert student leads into paid admissions, meet or exceed monthly sales targets, and contribute to the company's revenue growth. This performance-based role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: - Convert incoming leads into admissions through active follow-ups and student counselling sessions. - Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets for student enrollments. - Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions (in-person/telephonic/online) to explain program options, processes, and pricing. - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via educational institutions, social media, and referral networks. - Maintain a solid pipeline of qualified prospects and coordinate with internal teams for timely service delivery. - Keep updated records of student interactions in the CRM system. - Participate in promotional activities like education fairs, seminars, and workshops. - Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in the study abroad/overseas education industry. - Bachelors degree in any discipline. - Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. - Comfortable with outbound calling and in-person student meetings. - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. - Fluency in English and Malayalam is preferred. - Willingness to travel for business development activities when necessary.,
