Key Responsibilities• Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, referrals, and cold calls• Pitch the company’s services/platform to logistics clients and fleet operators• Build relationships with decision-makers and operational heads• Achieve monthly targets for client onboarding and first-trip conversions• Maintain pipeline reports, visit logs, and daily activity records• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience• Follow up regularly to convert interest into active business
