Position: Business Development Executive Place of Posting: Vadodara Reports to: National Key Account Manager (NKAM ) Job Profile: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving customer engagement, identifying new business opportunities, and executing sales campaigns for key applications and product launches. This role involves market research, sales execution, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive revenue growth. Work closely with the sales team to execute national sales campaigns targeting key applications like Paint and Dairy, as well as new product launches. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, OEMs, resellers, and distributors. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to secure deals and increase market penetration. Monitor competitor activities and global market trends while supporting product launches in collaboration with marketing and lead generation teams to refine sales strategies. Manage and expand market presence through frequent travel, customer engagement, participation in industry events, and development of key and global accounts under the guidance of the National Key Account Manager (NKAM) Utilize the companys CRM system for customer relationship management and sales planning while ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions, preparing timely reports, sales forecasts, and market insights for senior management Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mechanical) with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools. Experience Requirements: Possess 5-7 years of experience in selling capital equipment, with a strong background in business development, sales execution, and customer engagement, preferably in the pharmaceutical and food industries. Key Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. Customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement. Market analysis and competitive intelligence.
