Job Summary: We are looking for a qualified and experienced Medical Officer to join our team at our clinics in Peenya, Kamanahalli, and Koramangala. The ideal candidate should have an MBBS degree from an Indian institute, a minimum of 1 year of post-MBBS experience , and fluency in Kannada . Candidates must be comfortable with a split-shift schedule and should reside within a 5-6 km radius of the clinic or be willing to relocate. Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: MBBS from an Indian institute only (No foreign institutes or FMGE pass-outs). Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience post-MBBS. Language: Fluency in Kannada is mandatory. Location: Must reside within 5-6 km of the clinic or be willing to relocate. Exams: Should not be preparing for NEET this year (Candidates pursuing USMLE/PLAB can be considered). Preference: Female candidates preferred for Koramangala and Kamanahalli locations. Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Split shifts) Morning Shift: 9:30 AM 1:00 PM Evening Shift: 4:00 PM 8:30 PM Key Responsibilities: Conduct medical consultations, diagnose, and treat patients. Prescribe medications and suggest lifestyle modifications as needed. Provide emergency medical care when required. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality. Coordinate with clinic staff for smooth operations. Educate patients on health, hygiene, and preventive care. Required Skills: Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills. Excellent patient communication and counseling skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Proficiency in medical documentation.
