Business Development Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic Fresh Graduates to join our team as Business Development Trainees at our excavator dealership showrooms(Multinational Company) in Trivandrum (2nos), Kannur (1.) This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in sales and business development with a globally recognized brand in the construction equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sales and business development activities at the showroom
• Build relationships with customers and support sales inquiries
• Understand product features and benefits to effectively communicate with clients
• Coordinate with the dealership team for smooth sales operations
• Achieve assigned sales and customer engagement targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Any Graduate (Freshers preferred)
• Skills: Good communication skills, willingness to learn, and interest in sales & marketing
• Location Preference: Candidates should be willing to work in Trivandrum(Kilimanoor/Kollam Boarder) & Kannur

Compensation & Benefits:

• Probation Period: 3 months
• Salary: ₹25,000 per month (Consolidated pay of Rs 15000 during probation)
• Opportunity for career growth and full-time employment after successful probation period of three months
• Commission pay
• TA & DA will provided
