Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong background in lead generation for IT services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and other online platforms to identify and qualify potential clients. Note: Candidates with primarily product-based sales experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, research, and generate new leads for IT services through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and lead interactions in CRM tools.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted lead generation strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitive offerings.

Requirements

Proven experience in lead generation for IT services.
Strong skills in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn lead generation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking processes.
