Qualifications

Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Experience working with HR or Learning & Development functions.
Understanding of learning and development or training functions in engineering/manufacturing sectors.
Experience in digital content, technical, or service sales.
Familiarity with sales enablement tools and external sales channels.
