Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Professionals to drive the growth of our cloud-based SaaS EMR (Electronic Medical Records) platform. This role involves end-to-end sales ownershipfrom lead generation to closure—with a strong focus on subscription model sales, solution pitching, and long-term customer relationships in the healthcare sector.

The selected candidates will be based at our Coimbatore office, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to engage with healthcare clients in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new B2B leads in the healthcare domain (clinics, hospitals, medical centers).
  • Conduct product demos and solution presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Develop, send, and follow up on proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms, and drive deal closures.
  • Work closely with technical and product teams to align client requirements and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and nurture long-term client partnerships.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and SaaS EMR industry developments.

Who Can Apply

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with 4 to 8 years of experience in SaaS or B2B software sales.
  • Prior experience in selling subscription-based cloud solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business benefits.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
