Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at our dynamic HR consulting firm, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through staffing solutions and HR services. Your key responsibilities will include lead generation and client acquisition by targeting potential clients through networking, cold calling, and industry research. You will also manage client relationships, act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, and continuously assess client needs to ensure satisfaction. Staying updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitors" activities will be crucial. You will work closely with internal teams to align business development goals with recruitment strategies and develop business plans to achieve sales targets. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field, along with 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment in the staffing or HR consulting industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required, as well as proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong business acumen, who can work both independently and collaboratively within a team. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund. The work schedule is during day and morning shifts at our in-person work location.,
