We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic HR consulting firm. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through staffing solutions and HR services. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in need of staffing and HR consulting services. Develop strategies to acquire new business accounts through networking, cold calling, and industry research. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests. Continuously assess and address client needs to ensure satisfaction. Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitors' activities. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
