Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Sales Execution

  • Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments through

    structured, empathetic, and persuasive sales

    conversations.
  • Conduct consultative sales calls with teachers to understand their career goals and align them with the most suitable programs.
  • Convert inbound and marketing-generated leads

    into successful enrollments.
  • Own the complete sales funnel from first interaction to closure, ensuring

    timely follow-ups

    and high-quality communication.

Sales Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with

    Marketing and Pre-Sales

    (Setters) teams to ensure

    smooth lead handovers and effective nurturing

    .
  • Maintain accurate sales records and strong CRM hygiene to support forecasting and performance tracking.

Sales Excellence

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
  • Continuously refine sales messaging and objection-handling strategies based on prospect feedback.
  • Share insights to improve overall

    sales effectiveness

    and

    campaign targeting.

  • Location: Noida (On-site)

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Strong command of spoken and written English with clear articulation and confident communication via calls, video calls, email, and instant messaging platforms.
  • High general intelligence with the ability to understand and explain

    program offerings, learner needs, and value propositions

    .
  • A confident and articulate approach to sharing personal experiences, background, and ideas.
  • Emotional resilience and calmness while handling objections or high-pressure conversations.
  • Logical thinking

    and the ability to structure compelling narratives aligned with learner motivations.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, including

    mastering tools, sales processes, and product knowledge

    .

Who Can Apply

Candidates with:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in

    consultative sales, inside sales, or customer success roles.

    preferably in

    EdTech, B2C education, or career advisory domains.

  • Exposure to CRM tools such as

    HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent platforms.
