About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and phone 2. Follow up consistently and convert leads into confirmed bookings 3. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target customers 4. Develop and implement lead generation strategies to increase sales opportunities 5. Utilize various tools and platforms to track and analyze lead generation metrics 6. Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns and promotions 7. Meet and build relationships with prospects to generate new business opportunities. Schedule and coordinate meetings for the founder with high-potential clients 8. Maintain and update CRM tools to track leads, communication, and conversion 9. Analyze lead data and customer journey across different platforms to identify drop-off points and optimise the funnel 10. Ensure a high-touch, seamless experience from enquiry to post-workshop 11. Collect structured customer feedback and testimonials 12. Track lead and customer behaviour to identify patterns and derive actionable insights 13. Share regular reports and insights to help refine messaging, pricing, or experience delivery 14. Coordinate with the social media manager to hand over client content (photos, stories, testimonials) 15. Capture basic behind-the-scenes photos or videos at occasional workshops 16. Ensure all content and insights are clearly documented and organised 17. Assist with admin tasks like invoicing, reminders, and logistics 18. Be available on select weekends to support workshops with on-ground coordination 19. Ensure clients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for during the experience Requirements: 1. Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) 2. Strong sales instincts and follow-through 3. Good organisation and multitasking abilities 4. Proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership 5. Strong documentation and reporting skills 6. CRM fluency (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.) 7. Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Meta tools, and Notion 8. Bonus: Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Mailchimp, HubSpot Workflows) 9. Comfortable capturing content on phone (photos and basic videos) 10. Analytical mindset - able to draw insights from lead and customer data 11.
