33 Carat is a premium luxury brand specializing in high-end diamond jewelry, bespoke gemstone creations, and exclusive lifestyle accessories. Our clientele includes discerning high-net-worth individuals and B2B buyers across the globe.


We are expanding our sales team in India and are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with international calling experience to handle Jeweler & Diamond sales and support other B2B verticals as needed.


Role Overview


This role is ideal for a sales professional with luxury industry exposure and strong international communication skills. You will be responsible for reaching out to global buyers, distributors, and retailers, managing client relationships, and closing high-value deals.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct international B2B sales calls to prospective jewellery & diamond buyers.
  • Nurture and manage relationships with high-value clients.
  • Handle the complete sales cycle — from lead qualification to deal closure.
  • Maintain records in the CRM (Pipedrive/Zoho/HubSpot) with accurate lead updates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for proposals and client requirements.


Manage and expand into other B2B business verticals as assigned.


Compensation & Incentives


  • Base Salary: ₹35,000–₹50,000/month (based on experience & performance).
  • Incentives: 2–5% of deal value on closed sales.


Performance Bonuses: Quarterly rewards for exceeding sales targets.


What We’re Looking For


-Mandatory: 1–3 years of international calling / B2B sales experience.

-Experience in jewellery, diamonds, luxury goods, or similar high-ticket industries preferred.

-Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.

-Self-driven, target-oriented, and professional in client dealings.

-Ability to work flexible hours to match international time zones when needed.
