Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive at our Delhi office (adjacent to Patel Nagar Metro Station). The primary responsibility of this role is to drive the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong, lasting relationships with parents and students. The day-to-day tasks will include generating leads, counselling prospective clients on our services, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and collaborating closely with our counselling team to ensure a seamless client experience. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and persuasive communicator, passionate about helping people and achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi. Must be confident and articulate in handling in-person and telephonic conversations.

• Sales & Interpersonal Skills:

  Proven ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and convert leads into successful enrollments. A target-driven mindset is essential.

• Experience:

  2-5 years of experience in a sales, counselling, or business development role. Freshers with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply. Experience in the education sector is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Personal Attributes:

  Must be empathetic, patient, and highly motivated, with a strong desire to grow and learn.

• Education:

  A Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
