Job Description

Business Development Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities across various sectors.

  • Generate new leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and online platforms.

  • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present JustForPays products and services.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

  • Prepare and deliver customized business proposals and product presentations.

  • Negotiate and close deals to meet business objectives.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.

  • Provide after-sales support and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

  • Act as the key point of contact for client queries and issue resolution.

4. Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine business strategies.

5. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and reports using CRM tools.

  • Provide regular feedback and insights to management on sales performance and market developments.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 13 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in fintech, payments, or banking).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Good understanding of digital payment systems, POS solutions, or merchant onboarding processes (preferred).

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
