We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting JustForPay range of digital payment solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Identify potential clients and business opportunities across various sectors. Generate new leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and online platforms. Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present JustForPays products and services. 2. Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Prepare and deliver customized business proposals and product presentations. Negotiate and close deals to meet business objectives. 3. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners. Provide after-sales support and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Act as the key point of contact for client queries and issue resolution. 4. Market Research & Strategy Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine business strategies. 5. Reporting & Coordination Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and reports using CRM tools. Provide regular feedback and insights to management on sales performance and market developments. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 13 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in fintech, payments, or banking). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Good understanding of digital payment systems, POS solutions, or merchant onboarding processes (preferred). Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
