Identify, approach, and onboard new IT and ITeS clients for recruitment services.
Understand client requirements for lateral and IT recruitment.
Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely candidate delivery.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or recruitment sales (IT/ITeS preferred).
Strong networking and negotiation skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/HR is an added advantage).
