Your main playground will be Upwork and similar platforms, where you will be responsible for bidding smartly, writing compelling proposals, and helping the company win projects that make a difference. As a BDE, you will actively bid on Upwork and other freelancing platforms, write customized and engaging proposals, communicate with clients to build trust-based relationships, work closely with the tech team to pitch the right solutions, and ensure you stay organized to meet monthly targets seamlessly. To excel in this role, you should have 6 months to 2 years of experience in online bidding/sales on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a basic understanding of software services such as web, mobile, and custom solutions. A proactive attitude, the ability to work independently, and a Bachelors degree in any relevant field are also required.
