Role Overview

Business Development Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Cold call and reach out to companies to introduce Sptix and onboard them to the platform
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with employers as their hiring partner
• Assist employers with job postings and company page setup
• Collect feedback from hiring partners to improve user experience
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for business growth initiatives
• Maintain records of communication and onboarding progress in CRM tools
  

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident with cold calling and client interactions
• Basic understanding of HR/recruitment processes is a plus
• Highly motivated, organized, and proactive
• Students or recent graduates looking to build a career in sales, business development, or HR tech
