Role Overview We’re looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Intern who can help us grow our network of employers and hiring partners. You’ll play a key role in onboarding new companies to Sptix, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, and helping them post and manage their job listings efficiently. Key Responsibilities Cold call and reach out to companies to introduce Sptix and onboard them to the platform Build and maintain long-term relationships with employers as their hiring partner Assist employers with job postings and company page setup Collect feedback from hiring partners to improve user experience Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for business growth initiatives Maintain records of communication and onboarding progress in CRM tools Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident with cold calling and client interactions Basic understanding of HR/recruitment processes is a plus Highly motivated, organized, and proactive Students or recent graduates looking to build a career in sales, business development, or HR tech What You’ll Get Hands-on experience in business development and client relationship management Mentorship from experienced professionals Certificate of completion Full-time job offer upon successful internship performance
