Woodcraft International is an interior architecture studio specializing in premium residential and commercial design. We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team and help us expand our client base across Delhi NCR.
As a client-facing Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth. You will work closely with the Principal Architect and design team to present our services, convert opportunities, and represent our brand professionally.
Generate new leads via outbound calls, social media, referrals, and networking.
Qualify inbound inquiries based on budget, location, and project scope.
Schedule and attend client meetings (virtual & in-person).
Present our design portfolio, services, and process confidently.
Collaborate with the design team to prepare proposals & quotations.
Manage follow-ups and ensure timely deal closures.
Maintain records of leads, meetings, and conversions in CRM tools.
Represent the studio during exhibitions, site visits, and local events.
Minimum 2 years of sales/business development experience in interior design, architecture, real estate, or related industries.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and organized.
Familiarity with Delhi NCR market; willing to travel locally.
Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, email, and basic CRM tools.
