Job Description

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

• Lead Generation & Qualification

• Identify potential leads through online research, inbound queries, and cold calling.

• Maintain and update CRM with detailed notes and lead status.

2.Telecalling & Customer Engagement

• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing leads

• Understand client needs and pitch appropriate solutions.

3. Demo Scheduling & Coordination

• Schedule product demonstrations with qualified leads.

• Coordinate with technical teams or product experts for effective demo delivery.

4. Sales Closure & Follow-up

• Follow up post-demo to address queries and drive deal closure.

• Share quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing where required.

5.CRM & Reporting

• Keep CRM updated with pipeline status and notes.

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales progress.

6. Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales effort
