The Role We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Influencer Marketing team. This role is perfect for someone with agency-side experience who knows how to turn a cold lead into a long-term client. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships with brand decision-makers, and helping craft compelling influencer-driven solutions that sell. Key Responsibilities Source and pursue new business opportunities in the influencer marketing space Pitch influencer campaign ideas and strategies tailored to potential clients Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creator partnerships, content) to create proposals and pitch decks Understand client objectives and translate them into impactful influencer solutions Manage and grow a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and potential partnerships Build lasting relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, and agency partners Stay up-to-date on influencer trends, platforms, and performance benchmarks Represent the agency at industry events, webinars, and client meetings What We're Looking For 1-2 years of business development experience in an agency (influencer, digital, creative, or social) Deep understanding of influencer marketing, creator economy, and brand storytelling Strong communication, pitching, and presentation skills (deck game must be strong) Proven track record of closing deals and growing client relationships Strategic thinker with a hustle mindset and a strong network Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry Show more Show less
