Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business  Development Executive / Tele sales professional with expertise in the real estate or hospitality industry to join our team.   

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients via phone, email, and other communication platforms to introduce our properties and services.   
• Effectively present and promote our real estate offerings to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our properties.   
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.   
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations.   
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.   
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals successfully.   
• Conduct follow-up activities with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.   
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports into the CRM for management review.   
• Work closely with other departments, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure a seamless client experience.   

• Requirements:

   
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.   
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients.   
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding client expectations.
