Role & responsibilities

Business Development

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new customers for

    Industry 4.0, IIoT, Smart Manufacturing, and Automation solutions

    .
  • Achieve

    monthly/quarterly sales targets

    in the assigned region.
  • Work with automotive, manufacturing, process, and engineering industries.
  • Lead generation, technical presentations, product demos, and POCs.
  • Understand customer needs and propose suitable automation/digital solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with OEMs, consultants, and system integrators.
  • Prepare quotations, techno-commercial offers, and tender submissions.
  • Maintain CRM, follow-up reports, weekly visit schedules.

Attend exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience in industrial automation products such as:
    • PLC, HMI, Drives
    • Sensors, Field devices
    • Multi-Function Meters, Flow Meters
  • Strong technical + sales acumen and solution-selling ability.
  • Passionate about identifying the existing challenges in industries and offering ROI targeted solutions
