Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and build strategic relationships with potential customers.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of new customers through direct and indirect contact, prospecting, and targeted outreach.
  • Monitor and analyze the pipeline regularly to review performance and optimize activities to meet objectives.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups and conduct regular feedback calls. Create clear lead engagement plans and strategies.
  • Study each offering in detail and stay updated on any changes or new features.
  • Use leads efficiently with consistent follow-ups, low TAT, and increased connectivity through multiple attempts.
  • Prepare and update tailored client proposals. Lead negotiations to close deals.
  • Build strong internal relationships across teams, especially with growth and marketing, and share feedback and insights to improve processes.
