Key Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative calls with potential learners to understand their goals
• Provide accurate information about our programs and suggest the right fit
• Drive enrollment through structured sales conversations
• Maintain follow-ups and manage CRM efficiently
• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for learner satisfaction
