Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development / Lead Generation Executive to join our business development team. This role is focused on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads across the markets. You will play a key role in expanding Tracknovate's reach by connecting with prospects and supporting our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct targeted outbound outreach via emails, calls, and LinkedIn to generate and qualify leads.
Research companies and decision-makers across assigned territories to build prospect lists.
Understand Tracknovate's product offerings and communicate value propositions effectively to potential customers.
Book discovery calls or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and activity records in CRM tools.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies and messaging.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation KPIs.
