Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
• Make calls and emails daily to engage with prospects and qualify leads.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations to convert leads into customers.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
• Use MS Excel and CRM tools to organize, analyze, and manage sales data for better decision-making and reporting.
