Key Responsibilities Approach the clients and understand their product needs via calls and mails Mail the inventory list as per customization by coordinating with team head or HOD Negotiate prices and share quotations Close the deal Provide after-sale service including KYC and consignment follow-up Follow up on payments and handle recovery if any Coordinate meetings for department heads Process company invoices and provide answers to customer questions via phone and email within the appropriate time Manage internal operational standards and productivity targets Requirements Possess good command of the English language Demonstrate comfort with working night shifts Show strong communication skills, presentation skills, and sales tactics Exhibit strong sales capabilities About Company: A Smarter Diamond is taking root!
