Job Description

As a Sales and Business Development Executive at our company, you will have the following responsibilities: - Drive the entire Sales cycle from lead generation to order closure, meeting assigned sales and business development targets. - Identify and develop new Specification accounts while nurturing existing accounts to increase Lutron influence and become the preferred brand for Luxury residential products/systems. - Collaborate with leaders to create and implement business development plans with residential channel accounts and specifiers, focusing on strategic product adoption, market development activities, and product education. - Gather market intelligence to generate new sales growth ideas in the local market. - Educate accounts on existing and latest residential innovation and technology solutions through training and live demonstrations to boost sales. - Recommend Lutron solutions that align with the accounts" vision and design intent. - Manage existing channel partners, expand the channel network, and drive sales programs to achieve sales and specifications goals. - Work closely with internal team members to provide necessary documents to support customer needs. - Execute marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and awareness. - Ensure top-notch customer service to secure repeat business. - Develop a high level of technical knowledge of the complete product range. - Uphold Lutron's culture and values by being passionate, adaptable, innovative, customer-focused, and ethical. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in electrical work, focusing on lighting automation or smart building systems. - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, lighting automation technologies, and smart building solutions. In this role, you will need to be well-organized, motivated, and dynamic to achieve and exceed Sales Goals. Excellent teamwork, communication, and presentation skills are crucial to secure projects.
