Business Development Manager/Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage

  strategic partnerships

  with corporate clients and HR leaders.
• Generate new

  business leads

  and opportunities through networking, digital outreach, and market intelligence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, CHROs, and senior leadership teams of corporate organizations.
  
• Develop customized proposals, partnership pitches, and business presentations.
  
• Collaborate internally with marketing and leadership teams to design and execute business development strategies.
  
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic planning.
  
• Represent the company at industry forums, HR conclaves, and corporate events.
  
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and pipeline data.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 3–8 years

  of experience in business development, corporate partnerships, or B2B lead generation.
• Strong existing network or ability to connect with

  HR Heads, CHROs, and decision-makers

  in corporates.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  
• Strategic mindset with the ability to convert insights into actionable business plans.
  
• Experience in the

  agri, HR solutions, or allied industries

  will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and business communication platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).
