Job Title: Business Development Executive  Location: Faridabad, Delhi NCR  Company Overview: With more than 500k+ users in India and the UAE, HOBIT is a revolutionary  platform designed exclusively for individuals seeking fun-loving workouts. HOBIT  currently serves working professionals and homemakers, providing users with a community of  like-minded peers who share an interest in the same workout classes.  Job Summary: As a Business Development Executive at HOBIT, you will play a key role in driving  our growth by setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships  with potential and existing customers. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries,  questions, and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.  Key Responsibilities:  • Convert potential leads provided by the company into business opportunities.  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.  • Drive efforts to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.  • Maintain consistent efforts to push sales and maximize revenue.  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase customer acquisition.  • Maintain and build relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and  loyalty.  • Identify and contact potential customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person  meetings. Address customer questions, inquiries, and complaints professionally and promptly.  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and promote our platform.  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.  Qualifications and Requirements:  • Bachelor’s of Business Administration (BBA) degree or any other closely related field.  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in sales or business development is a  plus).  • A strong passion for fitness and a belief in the value of fun-loving workouts.   Compensation and Benefits:  • Competitive salary package with a CTC of Upto 4 LPA. (2,64,000 Fixed Basic Pay + 1,36,000  Incentives) for 6 Months’ probation.  • Post completion of Probation : As a part of your probation-to-full-time conversion through  the PPO, on the basis of your performance you will receive a compensation package which  includes fixed pay and incentives, and other benefits as per company policy. • Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.  • Chance to be part of a growing fitness platform that promotes enjoyable workouts.  • Career growth opportunities based on performance.
