Business Development Executive – Health Camp Operations

Location: Patna, Bihar

Type: Full-Time | On-site

Duration: 6 Months

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000/month

Eligibility: BBA/MBA (Final Semester or Recent Passouts)

Preferred: Candidates from Patna only

We are building India’s focused AI Health Risk Engine trained on Indian datasets and for that we conduct health camps. With over 20 Health Camps per month in Patna, we are now looking for a dedicated Business Development Executive who can operate as the CEO of the Health Camp Operations, managing the end-to-end process with ownership, passion, and precision.

Health Camp Management

·        Plan and execute 20+ Health Camps per month in Patna with nursing interns and paramedics

·        Handle all operational aspects including permissions, locations, logistics, and resources

·        Coordinate with internal medical team and volunteers

Business Development

·        Identify, contact, and onboard new partners (Hospitals, NGOs, Health & Wellness Companies etc.)

·        Pitch proposals and coordinate director meetings for MOUs

·        Build and maintain sales pipeline for camps and partnerships

Stakeholder & Partner Management

·        Maintain weekly updates, monthly reports, and progress presentations

·        Prepare invoices and follow up on payments

·        Build strong partner relationships

Team Coordination

·        Lead interns and medical staff during camps

·        Ensure smooth team communication and performance

·        BBA/MBA final semester students or recent graduates

·        Must be from Patna

·        Passionate about impact work in healthcare and field operations

·        Prior experience in health camps or NGOs is a plus
