Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can generate new business opportunities and help drive the growth of the company. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-oriented, and have strong communication skills to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and convert them into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers to generate new business leads.
  • Make cold calls, send emails, and follow up to establish connections and build relationships.
  • Visit clients in person to present our services and secure new projects.
  • Understand client requirements and effectively communicate them to the development team.
  • Coordinate between clients and developers to ensure project clarity and smooth execution.
  • Conduct regular project meetings with clients and developers to review progress and address concerns.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain records of interactions with potential and existing clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in the IT or software development industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to make professional presentations to customers.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and meetings.
  • Good understanding of web and mobile technologies.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
