As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibilities will include generating and pursuing leads in the pharmaceutical sector, identifying and engaging potential clients and distributors, implementing effective sales strategies to meet targets, nurturing strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, closing business deals, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams for seamless client service. To excel in this role, you must possess skills in lead generation and follow-ups, strong communication and client handling abilities, sound knowledge of pharma sales, experience in implementing successful sales strategies, proficiency in deal negotiation and closure, adeptness in building and maintaining relationships, and a goal-oriented and self-driven mindset.
