About NNIIT:

Academic Counsellor Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and qualify potential clients through research, cold calls, emails, or networking.
Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients and ensure satisfaction.
Present the companys products/services to potential clients through meetings, demos, or calls.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Per day 150-200 calls per day.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Pitch products/services effectively to prospects
Manage sales pipeline and track progress
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the sales process
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
To maintain a good relation with the customer in regards to follow ups
Strong Conviction in Convincing and keeping a good relationship.

Requirements:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or B.Tech in Science streams
(Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Mechanical, etc.)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Self-motivated and eager to learn
Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus but not mandatory
Determined and Disciplined at their work
