Job Description

We’re looking for a high-energy Business Development Executive -Growth & Partnerships to join our core team and drive revenue growth for the company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, pitching ideas, closing deals, and being directly responsible for business outcomes.

You will work closely with leadership, strategy, and creative teams to acquire new clients, pitch ATL & BTL solutions, and build long-term partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive revenue generation by acquiring new clients and developing strong business relationships
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities through meetings, events, networking, and outbound efforts
  • Set up and attend client meetings, understand requirements, and present customized solutions
  • Create and present impactful PPT presentations and pitches
  • Pitch ATL, BTL, Digital & Integrated Marketing solutions to brands and decision-makers
  • Represent the company at industry events, brand activations, college activations, exhibitions, and networking meets
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and execution of closed deals
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Actively contribute ideas towards business growth strategies as part of the core team


We need:

  • A strong communicator with confidence in client interactions and presentations
  • Someone who enjoys closing deals and generating revenue
  • Comfortable pitching creative and marketing solutions
  • Street-smart, proactive, and eager to grow with a fast-paced organization
  • Passionate about branding, marketing, events, and advertising


Skills:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Servicing
  • Experience in Advertising, Marketing, Events, Media, or Digital Agencies is a plus
  • Strong presentation and PPT-making skills
  • Good understanding of ATL & BTL marketing
  • Willingness to attend events and client meetings
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a hunger for growth
