Business Development Executive

As a Sales and Marketing Support Specialist at our company, your role will involve assisting in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas, and company objectives. You will be responsible for generating leads through various channels such as phone calls, social media, and emails. Your key responsibilities and duties will include: - Researching, tracking, maintaining, and updating leads - Making outgoing calls to develop new business opportunities - Contacting prospects to qualify leads - Implementing direct email marketing campaigns to key clients and prospects - Researching and maintaining the lead generation database - Conducting customer research and market surveys to obtain information about potential leads - Participating in the preparation of proposals and/or sales presentations - Providing accurate and timely information to the management - Developing a strong knowledge of the company's products and services to facilitate the sales process To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes: - Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) - Experience with cold calling and lead generation - Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook - Experience in using CRM systems - Familiarity with Digital Marketing, web development, marketing automation, and Salesforce - Strong project and time management skills - Experience working with Western companies is preferred The qualifications and experience required for this position are: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration - Minimum of 6 months" experience in Lead Generation In addition to the job specifics, the company offers benefits including health insurance and provident fund.
