Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at Global Education Alliance (GEA), you will play a pivotal role in expanding the student recruitment network and strengthening brand visibility across your assigned region. Your responsibilities will include generating high-quality leads, driving outreach activities, and building relationships with schools, colleges, and student communities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation: Generate new leads through digital campaigns, education fairs, walk-in inquiries, and tie-ups with schools and colleges. - Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute B2C campaigns, including webinars, social media promotions, and student engagement events. - Event Representation: Represent GEA at local events, college fests, and study abroad seminars to promote the brand and engage with potential students. - Content Contribution: Support marketing initiatives by contributing to creative content such as FAQs, success stories, testimonials, and student engagement materials. - Networking & Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutes, training centers, and student communities within the region. - Presentations & Counseling Support: Deliver effective presentations to prospective students, guide them through available programs, and assist with application processes. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 3 years of experience in a related role with a study abroad agency or international university. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong interpersonal and networking abilities. - Ability and willingness to travel locally for institutional visits and events. - Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
