Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and generate leads for potential clients in the IT industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and hiring managers.
  • Develop customized staffing solutions that align with client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of recruitment services.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitive intelligence.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in IT recruitment/staffing.
  • Strong understanding of IT industry trends and staffing needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
