Business Development Executive (Fresher)

About the Role
I-BACUS-TECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The role involves generating leads, pitching company services, and building strong client relationships. Female candidates are preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, and networking.
• Pitch and present company services to clients (in-person/virtual).
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Support the team with CRM updates, proposals, and presentations.

Eligibility

• Freshers / recent graduates with good communication and client handling skills.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Basic designing skills (e.g., Canva) – preferred .
• Familiarity with CRM tools ,a plus.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-driven.

Compensation

• Fixed Salary + Performance-based Incentives
