As a BDE, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, bid on Upwork/Freelancer projects, convert prospects into clients, and build long-term relationships. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc. Bid on relevant projects daily, write compelling proposals, and follow up on leads. Communicate with potential clients to understand project requirements. Coordinate with the technical team to prepare customized solutions for clients. Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Achieve weekly/monthly lead and conversion targets. 🔹 Requirements: Proven experience in business development, sales, or bidding on platforms like Upwork or Freelancer.com. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to write custom, engaging proposals. Basic understanding of services like web/app development, design, digital marketing, or similar. Goal-oriented with a focus on revenue generation. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
