Business Development Executive Freelance Platforms Specialist

As a Business Development Executive, your primary role will involve generating business through leading freelance platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru. You will be responsible for identifying, bidding, closing, and managing new client relationships to help grow the global presence and revenue of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential clients and projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc. - Create compelling proposals and custom bids to meet client needs. - Manage end-to-end communication and sales cycle from bidding to closing. - Collaborate with project and tech teams for accurate scoping and estimation. - Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups. - Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. - Maintain a pipeline of active leads and opportunities. - Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback. - Prepare reports on lead generation, conversion, and sales performance. Key Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in bidding and acquiring clients on freelance platforms. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with English proficiency. - Proven track record of generating revenue via freelance platforms. - Ability to understand client requirements and provide actionable solutions. - Strong negotiation, closing, and client management skills. - Tech-savvy with basic understanding of web and app development, digital marketing, etc. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
