We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with proven expertise in generating business through leading freelance platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, bidding, closing, and managing new client relationships to help grow our global presence and revenue. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients and projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and similar platforms. Create compelling proposals and custom bids tailored to client needs. Manage end-to-end communication and sales cycle — from bidding to closing. Collaborate with project and tech teams to ensure accurate project scoping and estimation. Build long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups and high-quality service. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Maintain a pipeline of active leads and opportunities. Research and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to optimize strategy. Prepare reports on lead generation, conversion, and sales performance. Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in bidding and acquiring clients on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru . Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must). Proven track record of generating consistent revenue via freelance platforms. Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable solutions. Strong negotiation, closing, and client management skills. Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of web and app development, digital marketing, or related services. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Experience with CRM tools, lead tracking, and proposal software. Familiarity with international markets and timezone flexibility is a plus.
