As a Business Development Executive at Five Fingers Exports, you will play a crucial role in driving machinery sales by engaging with potential clients and showcasing the benefits of our products. Your responsibilities will include: - **Client Research & Prospecting:** - Identify potential clients based on industry, size, geography, and specific machinery needs. - Understand customer pain points and align them with the appropriate solutions offered by Five Fingers. - **Pitching & Presentations:** - Customize sales pitches to introduce Five Fingers products effectively. - Highlight automation, efficiency, and ROI to potential clients. - **Product Demonstration & Value Communication:** - Clearly explain machine features, automation capabilities, customization, and integration options. - Use case studies, technical specifications, and customer testimonials to support your sales proposition. - **Client Interaction & Engagement:** - Reach out to prospects through various channels such as calls, emails, and meetings. - Conduct product demos tailored to specific customer applications. - **Sales Conversion & Follow-up:** - Propose trial options, demo visits, or customized proposals to move leads forward. - Regularly follow up with clients to address objections and progress in the sales cycle. **Skills & Requirements:** - Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proven track record in lead generation, client engagement, and closing sales. - Experience with CRM tools or sales tracking software. - Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. - Willingness to travel as needed. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field. - 2+ years of experience in machinery or industrial equipment sales is preferred.
