Job Description

Fistech is looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to help us expand our reach and drive growth. If you have a passion for sales and building strong client relationships, we’d love to hear from you!

Role Overview:

Identify and acquire new business opportunities

Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience: 1-2 years in Business Development or Sales (preferably in interior/ architecture/ buildingmaterials)

✅ Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and networking abilities

✅ Mindset: Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

✅ Education: Any graduate/MBA preferred
