Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Proactively generate and qualify leads via cold calling, networking, and social media platforms to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Handle inbound inquiries while performing cold calls daily to reach out to fresh and existing leads.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into paying customers.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi to cater to a diverse audience.
  • Present FinnovationZs offerings in a compelling manner, showcasing the value and benefits of our financial education programs.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, driving business growth.
  • Accurately track and document sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: 1-3 years in sales (Tele Sales, or FinTech).
  • Skills: Proficient in cold calling, lead generation, negotiation, closing deals, and CRM usage.
  • Communication: Strong English and Hindi speaking skills for client communication.
  • Target-Driven: Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
